This policy describes how TALLA (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. It applies to the website only — data handling within the TALLA product is governed by the agreement with each customer.

What we collect

When you request a demo we collect the information you submit: your name, work email, company, and the approximate number of cameras on your site. We also process standard technical information needed to serve the site and protect the form from abuse, such as IP address.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and set up a discovery call.
• To send you a confirmation of your request.
• To protect the site against spam and automated abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed by our email provider (Resend) to deliver confirmations and lead notifications, and the site is served by our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf only.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention and your rights

We keep demo-request information for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and maintain our business records. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@talla.com. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
