TALLA Comply

Your cameras, checked against the rules you answer to.

TALLA Comply turns what your cameras see into compliance findings. Each one is cited to its clause, with the picture, an owner and a fix-by date, and a person confirms it before it reaches an auditor or an insurer.

How it works

From a camera picture to a finding you can stand behind.

Comply works from the cameras TALLA already watches. It is off until you turn it on, and nothing else in your TALLA set-up changes.

  1. 01Choose your frameworks

Turn on the packs that apply to each site, and add your company’s own rules.

  2. 02Point checks at cameras

A check looks for one problem: a blocked exit, a propped fire door, a spill with no sign. One check counts for every requirement that names it, in every framework you follow.

  3. 03Watched all day, or on a schedule

Some checks follow a problem until it clears. Others run at set times, like an exit clear at 06:00 and 14:00, and every run is kept.

  4. 04Confirm, assign, fix

Each finding arrives with the picture and the clause. A person confirms it, gives it an owner and a fix-by date, and closes it once it’s fixed.

  5. 05Show the evidence

Evidence packs hold only confirmed findings, with their pictures, their history and the site’s coverage, for an auditor, an insurer or your own team.

Frameworks

The rules you follow, in one place.

Each pack lists every requirement of its framework and says how each one is checked: by a camera all the time, on a schedule, partly, or by hand. The citation always comes from the pack, never from the AI.

Every pack is checked by a compliance reviewer before a customer relies on it. Need a framework that isn’t listed? Ask us.

Coverage

It shows what it checked, and what it didn’t.

Each site gets a coverage map, and every evidence pack carries it, so an auditor sees exactly where TALLA’s evidence ends.

Watched by TALLA

Requirements a camera can check on its own, like an exit kept clear.

Partly watched

The camera checks the visible part and the rest is done by hand: a respirator is worn, but its fit test isn’t visible.

Checked by hand

Paperwork, training and tests, listed with the rest so the picture is complete.

Uploads

No camera in that spot? Upload photos or a video from a walk-through, and they’re checked the same way.

Scheduled inspections

Checklists that run at set times, with every run kept as a record that the check was done.

Two rules we hold to

The AI looks. People decide.

The citation comes from the pack, never from the AI.

The AI says what it sees. The pack says which clause that is, so a citation is never made up.

A person confirms every finding.

Nothing goes to an auditor, an insurer or your board until someone on your team has looked at it.

TALLA Comply supports your safety and compliance program. It doesn’t replace inspections, paperwork or professional advice, and it doesn’t certify compliance.
